Local Jurisdicational Regs and Issues

Currently, nothing has changed with respect to the prior local jurisdictional rules for specialty contractors.  Local jurisdictions which had rules requiring licenses or certifications for specialty trades can continue to enforce those rules.

As for example, Fulton County requires a local county license for pool contractors.  That local licensing requirement has not been changed and pool contractors should comply with all local requirements.

For information regarding local jurisdication regulations regarding local contractor licensing of general or residential contractors (not specialty contractors), see Reciprocity
