Taking the test a third time in the same year?

While you may not be able to take the test more than twice in the same year for the same category of license, provided that the portion of the test failed is not the business/law section, you can take the test in a different category.  Thus, if you have the appropriate qualifications, you could have up to 6 opportunities to fail in the same year.  Hopefully no one will every have to go that far.
